...Naps
I had a lot to do these past few days but something keeps throwing me off my schedule, naps. I know that many studies have said that naps are important and can actually be better for you but I do not agree. A nap under 30 minutes is just annoying and you feel sleepy for a while, a little cranky too. My naps are never short. A short nap for me would be 90 minutes, and that could give me enough energy fr last until 5 A.M. My new naps on the other hand are at least 3 hours and when I wake up I am dazed and I have a slight headache! I hate going from day to night without actually seeing the transition. I have been thrown off by these naps, I cannot get my "To Do" list completed because of these naps, these horrible horrible naps. I have never been a fan of naps. Even as a child I was against them. There are only 24 hours in a day, why waste them napping, I barely want to waste them sleeping? I guess that is the American in me. A lot of countries spend their afternoons napping, siestas, etc., but not America. I am a product of my country. I am giving naps, napping, a Digit Down.
