Michigan 2011 verbal commitment and Army All American defensive back Blake Countess who has recently been recruited by Penn State just re-confirmed his commitment to the Wolverines for the 2011 class tonight. Michigan defensive coordinator Greg Mattison visited Blake and family at home tonight.
This is a huge save by the Wolverines who just got news today that last weekend's visitor Stefan McClure from California prefers to stay close to home and not travel East to play for the Wolverines. That news about Stefan is not a surprise, so the Countess save was an important one.
2 commitments tonight and one high profile save by the Michigan coaching staff. I tell you one thing, Greg Mattison sure can recruit. That guy is unbelievable.
